After a life changing encounter with Jesus at the age of 19, I was delivered from a life of drugs and alcohol. Soon after, I went to bible college and became a missionary in Mongolia for three years.

After that, I had the opportunity to travel to other nations, doing short term mission trips, and humanitarian work. In 2006, I returned home to the U.S. full-time as a youth pastor.

During that time, I met my wife, Heather and we were married in 2008. We have been blessed to have the three most wonderful children in the world; Gianna, Olivia, and Caleb.

In 2011, I wrote my first book titled “Extreme Missions.” We have had the honor of being lead pastors of Church on the Mountain for 11 years. We are privileged to pastor two church campuses in the Eastern Sierras in beautiful California.

This book originated from a sermon series I preached in 2018. When I revisited those messages last year, I sensed the Lord speaking them afresh into my own life. At the same time, I felt a clear call to expand them into a book—one that could reach many more people and anchor the timeless truths of living fruitfully today while building a legacy for the generations to come. I hope and pray that this book blesses you and gives you hope!
